Terms of Service

ViajeTravel is a travel discovery and marketplace platform. ViajeTravel is not the direct provider of hotels, restaurants, experiences, transportation, nightlife services, or third-party services listed on the platform.

Businesses are responsible for listing accuracy, pricing, availability, reservations, services offered, customer interactions, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users agree not to upload false information, impersonate others, post spam or harmful content, publish fake reviews, violate intellectual property rights, or misuse the platform.

Business users may be required to submit verification information. ViajeTravel reserves the right to suspend listings, remove fraudulent accounts, moderate content, reject unverified businesses, and remove misleading information.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant ViajeTravel permission to display, promote, and distribute platform-related content within the platform experience.

ViajeTravel is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses, service quality, cancellations, booking issues, damages, or third-party service failures.

ViajeTravel Moments is a coordination tool that helps travelers plan personal gatherings — dinners, birthdays, celebrations, and similar occasions — at venues listed on the platform. ViajeTravel does not act as an agent, reservation system, or payment intermediary for Moments. All confirmations, deposits, cancellations, and service delivery are handled directly between the organizer, the guests, and the venue. Invitations to Moments are personal and non-transferable. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the information they share with the venue and with their invited guests. Venues are responsible for confirming availability and honoring the details they accept. Moments must be planned at least 7 days in advance and locked in at least 48 hours before the scheduled time; unconfirmed Moments past the lock-in window are automatically cancelled by the system.
